Recruit and train Brazilian workers to plant churches
Locate and encourage support for Brazilian missions among churches in Brazil
Train campaign participants and coordinate missions programs in the Sponsoring church (Saturn Road Church of Christ)

- Know and understand the Brazilian culture, the landscape, and what works there (as well as what doesn’t)
- Have college and advanced degrees in Biblical Studies, Missions, and Education
- Experienced almost 42 years in ministry; 40-year ministry involvement; living in Brazil more than 11 years; 20 years in state-side ministry (preaching; outreach & involvement; short-term campaign work in Brazil & Eastern Europe)
- Have 15 years in local ministry (preaching; outreach & involvement; short-term campaign work in Brazil & Eastern Europe)
- Possess the vision to think beyond the apparent resources
