• Start up ministry; build Brazilian network
• Plan National Brazilian Offering
• Team visit to Boa Vista & 4 key regions of Brazil to build partnerships with churches
Phase 2 – 2019
• Coordinate 2019 National Offering
• Expand network, train & assist leaders
• Assist Brazilian team planning & arrival
• Coordinate involvement with partners in the USA
Phase 3 – 2020 – 2024
• Evaluate, improve and continue the process of planting churches in remaining capital cities of northern Brazil.
